Lions are among the most dangerous and strongest animals in the wild. According to many people, lions are the king of the jungle, known for hunting animals much larger than itself.

A Recently viral video of a lion and a mother buffalo is a prime example of this statement.
What Happened?
Recently an Instagram influencer, Dennis Koshal shared a video of an encounter of lions and buffalos on Instagram.
While Dennis was enjoying the sightscenes in Rongai, Kenya, he witnessed a lioness was hunting with her cubs.
One of the lion cubs managed to track down and catch a buffalo calf and the rest of the buffalo herd ran away from the scene, leaving the calf into trouble.
But the mother of the calf was not ready to give up and surrender her calf to the lions.
She quickly came to the scene and toss away the lion cubs using her horns and tried to protect her calf.
It was a perfect example of what a mother can do for her children. Her dedication and strong mentality pushed the lions back for a while.
Soon, after watching the buffalo mother fighting for her calf, other members of the herd came to the place and the battle intensified.
They unite to protect the calf and the mother buffalo; and after a series of powerful attacks, the mighty lions were forced to retreat from the scene leaving the calf to its mother.

According to most of the users, the video was a perfect example of collaborative efforts and strong mindset can conquer any big problem.
Since the video was first shared by Dennis, the video has crossed 585 million views in a week and more than 6000 people reacted heart in that video.
Many users appreciated the courage and effort of the buffalos, especially the mother buffalo, because they initially thought the calf can’t be saved from the lions.
